The Official App For 'Rio 2' Launches Featuring Blu, Jewel And All Their Friends

Blu and Jewel, those lovable blue macaws, are back in a brand new adventure. Though “Rio 2” won’t launch in theaters until April 11, the official app for the movie is now available on the App Store.
RIO 2 (Official App for the Movie) comes from award-winning children’s developer Cupcake Digital, in partnership with Twentieth Century Fox and Blue Sky Studios. The $0.99 universal game includes an interactive story that takes kids into Blu and Jewel’s Amazonian family adventure. It also has three interactive games and coloring pages featuring characters from the film.
