As 9/11 Memorial Museum Opens, An Audio Guide Arrives On The App Store

The National September 11 Memorial Museum was officially dedicated earlier today in New York City. The museum honors those killed in the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, and Feb. 26, 1993.
The free 9/11 Museum Audio Guide is now available to download on the App Store. The guide provides themed audio tours featuring stories from 9/11 and its aftermath.

Naturally, the 9/11 Museum Audio Guide works best when one is actually visiting the museum. Nonetheless, it still serves as an important learning tool, no matter your location. The National September 11 Memorial Museum will open on May 21, 2014. According to its website, it will serve "as the country's principal institution concerned with exploring the implications of the events of 9/11, documenting the impact of those events and exploring 9/11's continuing significance."
