You’re able to set up your workouts in just a few seconds. Tap to create a custom workout and give it a title. You’re then able to define the number of sets in your workout, add as many exercises as you like, and define warm up and cool down periods. When adding exercises, you’re able to define custom durations, assign a color, and assign specific music. When it’s time to train, tap on your workout of choice and start the timer.
