What's New In iOS 8 Beta 3?

July 7, 2014
Apple has implemented a number of changes in the recently released iOS 8 beta 3. We'll update this post as additional changes are uncovered. Confirmation that iCloud Drive will be accessible on the Web. As 9to5Mac first noted about the change:
It seems that Apple will soon add functionality to iCloud.com that enables viewing of iCloud Drive’s contents. Currently, documents for Apple’s iWorks apps are the only iCloud files visible on iCloud.com. It is likely that iCloud Drive will work in a similar way, although inline editing will not be supported as is possible with Pages, Keynote and Numbers documents.
Shared Albums is the new name for Shared Photo Streams. New wallpapers are available on iPhone/iPod touch and iPad. The clear button in Notification Center is slightly different. There are new Find My Friends and Find My iPhone apps on Apple's developer site. According to the release notes, Find My Friends allows users to move their friends list to an iCloud account if necessary. Under the Settings app, there is a new Handoff setting (under General). Users can turn this functionality on/off. Minor tweaks in the Weather app. QuickType is now an option in Settings. We'll be adding to this list as necessary.
