Inspired by Malcolm Gladwell’s Outliers, Rare Candy helps you master skills through recording and scoring. The idea is to fight your way to 10,000 hours of practice and earn the right to be called a master of your trade. All you have to do is enter something you want to master, and then start recording the time spent doing it. You’ll start to level up quickly at first, but as you put in the hours you’ll see how much dedication is needed to become a true master. You’re also able to record daily activities, which are physical and mental tasks, to help keep your health and mana bars full. You’re able to set reminders as well to help you stay on task. The app includes loads of skill icons to choose from, customizable profiles, and the ability to share your achievements via Facebook, Twitter, AirDrop, or email.
