You’re once again tasked with hacking into a strange organization’s infrastructure to uncover their secrets. You must use old-school command prompts like DOS and UNIX to access the organization’s virtual programs and systems to discover new ways to dig deeper. The game includes hours of entertainment, hints in case you get stuck, the ability to change the text and background colors, a personal notepad for you to keep track of where you’ve been, and achievements and leaderboards via Game Center.

YellingMom – Clever & Simple Reminder Note ($0.99 → Free, 25.6 MB): This gesture-driven productivity app keeps things simple so you can get things done.

It allows you to sort your items by today, tomorrow, and someday. Each item can have a separate reminder time, and each can be repeated and include a note. A short swipe from left to right will mark an item off as complete while a long swipe will push it into a different category. You can also perform a short swipe from right to left to mark an item as important and a long swipe to hold it. Items can also be created and rearranged via common gestures.

Begin by adding a semester to organize and schedule your courses. Each course can be categorized by type and repeated on specific days, and you can attach additional info like the teacher, location, and whether or not it’s an online course. You’re also able to define the amount of credits you will earn upon completion and whether it’s a pass or no pass course. Then create a study plan for each of your assignments and tests, and the app will automatically calculate your weighted or non-weighted assignments and semester GPA. The app is also loaded with tools to help you succeed, like 36 study strategies to choose from, reminders about classes and assignments, and achievements to unlock. All of your data can be synced with your calendar and backed up via email.

It allows you to switch between true and magnetic north by tapping on the Simply North icon. Your current coordinates can be copied to the clipboard and used in other apps. Swipe left to convert the location coordinates between three basic forms, and swipe right to display your speed and altitude. The app also includes two skins to choose from, and imperial and metric units. Keep in mind that this app will not work with iPod touch since it doesn’t include a built-in magnetic sensor.

Trainz Driver – train driving game and realistic railroad simulator ($2.99 → Free, 199.3 MB): Jump into the cab of a locomotive and cruise around the tracks in this simulation game.

Anyone can drive a train in Trainz Driver thanks to two separate control modes. The easy mode provides you with a single speed control and simplified physics. The realistic mode is for the veteran drivers, requiring you to operate a variety of levers and switches in a true-to-life environment. No matter which mode you choose, you’re able to cruise through a multiple environments picking up and dropping off passengers and freight in a race against time. You’re also able to freely cruise around the tracks for a much more relaxing experience. The game includes multiple tutorials, five camera options, and a handful of achievements to earn.

Trainz Driver – train driving game and realistic railroad simulator is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4-star rating with a total of 1771 ratings.
