Report: Expect Apple to unveil the ‘iPhone 6’ and ‘iPhone 6 Plus’
On Tuesday, Sept. 9, Apple will unveil two new handsets – the 4.7-inch “iPhone 6,” and the 5.5-inch “iPhone 6 Plus.” The possible names for Apple’s next-generation handsets were reported by Japanese Apple blog Macotakara (via AppleInsider).
According to the report, the two handsets will be available in the same colors and capacities as the iPhone 5s. If this rumor is correct, the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus would launch in 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB varieties. They would come in space gray, silver, and gold.
We’ll know very soon whether this rumor is correct. Apple’s iPhone 6 event is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. PDT tomorrow, Sept. 9.
