Running for Weight Loss isn’t just another fitness tracker, it’s your personal coach. The app features three separate weight loss programs designed for people of various fitness levels. Select the one that best suits you and get to work. Each interval training program lasts for two months and simply requires you to workout three days a week. When you hit the streets an audio coach will indicate when you should be walking, sprinting, and cooling down. The app will keep track of all of your statistics, which can be shared via your favorite social networks.

Time.is syncs to atomic clock time to provide you with an accuracy down to ±5 milliseconds. You’re able to add as many locations as you like and switch between them with a horizontal swipe. You’re also able to view instant conversions for all of your included locations. Swipe down on the screen to view how far off your time is and sync back up with atomic clock time. The app also includes sunrise and sunset times, day length, two display modes that can be resized with a pinch, portrait and landscape orientation support, and multiple date format, color, and font options.
