DJit, the developer behind edjing, one of the hottest disc jockey apps available for iOS devices, has just unveiled its latest mix-mastering software. Edjing Pro, available now on the App Store, is a track-mixing application that turns you into a professional DJ without the need for oversized turntables.
The app features a new audio system, developed by DJit’s engineers through five years of research and development, and aims to redefine the boundaries of the mix experience. Some of the features of edging Pro include:
- New audio effects like Slip and Roll, to give a professional DJ sound to your mixes.
- Best-in-class sound rendering through an automated audio effects synchronization on the BPM.
- A manual audio system for purists who want complete control over their sets
- Access to more than 50 million tracks from SoundCloud, Deezer, and your iTunes library.
The app has two large audio spectrums for beat matching and BPM tracking, and features an interchangeable interface with a turntable view. You can easily record your set to HD audio, and manually adjust the BPM of your tracks with ease.
Edjing pro was designed in collaboration with professional DJs, so the interface has been developed to offer the same level of features as a professional DJ controller. Even with all of those features, though, you get the ease of use that is the hallmark of DJ apps for the iPhone and iPad.
Edjing Pro is available as a Universal app on the App Store for $7.99 during its launch sale. After the sale ends, the app will be priced at $14.99.
