Getting Stuff Done
May 29, 2015

Announced by Google yesterday, May 28, Inbox by Gmail is available to everyone and has some great new features to save you time. You can access Trip Bundles, have more control, and use new ways to stay productive.

The Trip Bundles will keep all emails regarding your next trip together. This is convenient for opening the Inbox and seeing everything you need, such as flight details and reservation information, all in one spot.

For more control, Undo Send, Swipe to Delete, and Signatures are items many users will love. How many times have you wished you could un-send that email? Maybe it contained an error, missing information, or you wrote something that you should not have written. With Undo Send, you can get an email back that you just sent from your phone. Deleting emails can now be done with a swipe and personalized signatures can be added.

Improving your productivity is easier now with the Today Inbox. When you receive a task via email, you will see a suggestion to add a reminder. Emails from HotelTonight or Eat24 will open your reservation or order right within those apps. Reminders in Keep tasks will also appear right in your Inbox.

No more invitations are necessary. Everyone has access to download Inbox by Gmail, which is available for free, on the App Store. It is designed for iPhone and iPad with no-in app purchases.
