Get Moving taps into Apple’s Health app to retrieve vital information that will increase the accuracy of its calculations while also populating your profile data. Throughout the day it will then track everything from your steps taken and distance traveled to hours of activity and calories burned. Its killer feature, however, is its inactivity tracker. All you have to do is specify an inactivity time interval and start the countdown. Get Moving will keep track of if and when you move and reset the timer accordingly.
