The Level Money personal finance app, recently acquired by Capital One, has received a major update. Aside from improvements when linking accounts, there are a host of new features available making money management even easier.

Level Money SpendThe updated version of the app was released yesterday, June 10, and includes these new features:

  • Support for income and bills not recurring monthly, but weekly to yearly
  • Automatic adjustments for random income and expenses
  • Income and bill forecasts based on your history
  • Burn Rate mode for making your balance last
  • Ability to set funds aside for unplanned expenses
  • Linking of multiple accounts at once

Level Money provides a safe and convenient way for you to see how much you can spend. You can create a plan that adjusts your income and bills, track your spending by merchant, and predict what your balance and expenses will be for the next month. Customize your goals for spending, prioritize your savings, and set up notifications for updates on your balance.

Level Money PlanThe app uses the 128-bit SSL and AES encryption that most banks use. Connected to over 18,000 financial institutions, you can view transactions from both your banking and credit card accounts.

Level Money is a simple, free way to manage your money. It is designed for iPhone and available with no in-app purchases on the App Store.
