Owaves offers an easy way to plan your health and wellness goals and activities. An update released today, June 9, gives the app even more flexibility by putting it on your wrist. On the Apple Watch you can now get a full view of your color-coded day.
Owaves lets you plan your days, weeks, and months to achieve your goals. You can plan out each of the five ingredients that are key to healthy living: sleep, nutrition, exercise, relaxation, and social (love). Each activity is designated with a color and icon and your plan is viewable on a 24-hour clock.

Design your day, save the plan, and reuse it. You can edit each day with the times for every activity and set up reminders for all or just one. Rearrange your activities as needed, upload a photo for some inspiration, and add notes to each item if you like.
Owaves was designed with input from experts in the fields of mindfulness, circadian biology, medicine, and professional sports. It is compatible with both iPhone and iPad. The app is available for free with no in-app purchases on the App Store.
