Relax and view widescreen shows of your photos with Wideshow
Wideshow is the new app that lets you view all of your great photos on a widescreen display. This app does not stretch your photos to fit that size of display. Instead, it uses the extra space to include a map and the upcoming photo in the sidebar. The map displayed follows along with your slideshow of photos to show the location names and times for the pictures taken.
Getting your photos ready for the slideshow is easy and there are settings you can configure. After choosing your album, you can pick the display time per photo, enable picture shuffling, and switch on the sidebar. You can also adjust the image quality, activate map and slideshow animations, and set the map information and zoom. A recent update to the app also allows for music selection and controls.

Wideshow is available for iPhone and requires an Apple TV or other AirPlay receiver such as EZCast. You can also use AirServer to view your slideshows on your Mac or PC.
Setting up Wideshow to view photos is simple. Your AirPlay device must use the same Wi-Fi network as your iPhone. Tap AirPlay in your Control Center and select the correct device. Then in the app, just click Go.
So, take your photos to the big screen where you can sit back and watch them with the family. Wideshow is available on the App Store for $1.99 with no in-app purchases.
