Nearest5 is a recently-released app that lets you quickly and easily share photos and chat with those closest to your location. The app uses your location to determine the five closest people to your current spot.
Imagine that you are at a dance club for girls’ night out, enjoying a sporting event with your friends, or just hanging out at a company picnic with coworkers. You are all having fun snapping photos and you want to share them quickly. This is when Nearest5 comes in handy.
The Nearest5 interface is really easy to use. You can upload a photo from your library or take a new one with your camera. Then just add a message and click to send. You can view your Inbox, Sent, and Chat messages all with a tap. Check your recent activity and update your profile with a cool photo of yourself. The app lets you chat with people who have responded to your photos. You can also rebroadcast the pictures to a wider audience.
