Save your brains by blowing the heads off Stupid Zombies 3
The zombies are back, and they’re just as stupid as ever. GameResort has released the latest installment in its Stupid Zombies trilogy, and the game is free to download on the App Store. How has the developer worked to improve on the previous two Stupid Zombie games? By adding new characters, weapons, and power-ups that are designed to make the game even more fun to play than its predecessors.
New Characters
In the post-apocalyptic zombie wasteland, you can play as a slick-haired shotgun man, a fiery pyromaniac girl, or a grenade-launching grandma. Each of the three characters has just one goal in mind: blow off as many zombie heads as possible in the coolest ways they can think of.
Exciting ways to kill zombies
In addition to bullets and grenades, the game offers you other ways to kill the zombies. You can crush them to mush using the crates, tires, and other junk you find in each level. The idea is to maximize how much carnage you inflict by angling your shots just right to ricochet to kill off as many zombies as possible.
Power-ups to keep you going
To help you inflict zombie devastation, new power-ups have been added to the game. You can rewind a shot that went wrong, or keep firing even after you run out of ammunition.
Killing the Stupid Zombies
GameResort has been annihilating living corpses since 2011 when the first Stupid Zombies ($1.99) game was released on iOS. The mayhem continued in 2012 with the introduction of Stupid Zombies 2 ($0.99). Both titles are still available on the App Store.
Stupid Zombies 3 is designed for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch, and is a free download on the App Store. The game does include advertisements as well as in-app purchases to help you kill off more zombies with power-ups and upgrades. Check out the trailer below, or click here if it doesn’t load.
