Bring it together, connect your apps and friends with Vurb
Vurb is a new app that brings together the best of what you like, from restaurants to stores to movies to music, and so much more. You use the cards in Vurb to create decks of your favorites and then share them with friends and other users. It is a great way to connect, discover, and enjoy.
Vurb decks
First, you can browse through your feed and find something new. Check out a deck for Best of the ’90s that includes TV shows and movies. Take a look at someone’s recommended neighborhood spots that include coffee shops and restaurants. You can even browse through a deck for Chicago, Illinois that includes night clubs and farmers markets. Each deck contains cards that include information about the location or item. Details come from Yelp, OpenTable, Foursquare, Rotten Tomatoes, iTunes, and many others.
Next, you can create your own decks. Put together a deck for a night out that includes dinner and a movie. Compile one that has all of your rockin’ tunes from the 1980s. Or, gather cards for those awesome YouTube videos you love to watch. It’s all up to you and you can share your decks with others or just keep them private.
Connect with friends
You can follow other Vurb users, add contacts from your device, or connect with friends from Facebook or Twitter. You can chat right within the app, share cards with others, and collaborate to create cool new decks together.
Great way to share
Vurb has a super smooth interface, easy navigation, and just makes sharing your favorite stuff fun. Browsing through other decks might turn you onto something new, like an interesting movie or beautiful park nearby. The cards you can include in your decks really capture some good information. For example, you can check restaurant reviews, look at menus, and get directions. You can even request a ride from Uber or Lyft directly from the app. Vurb also provides Apple Watch support so you can have the details with you wherever you go.
