Nuance Communications, the company responsible for Dragon Dictation and Dragon Naturally Speaking, has announced today, August 18, a great new app on the way. This fall, iOS and Android users will be able to dictate notes and edit or create documents using voice commands while on the go with Dragon Anywhere.

Dragon Anywhere features

This new app is geared towards the busy, working professional. It will include a list of useful features to help anyone keep up while out and about. Dragon Anywhere will continue to learn your voice the more you use it, for improved accuracy. There will be no time or length dictation limits, which is also good news.

Dragon Anywhere What Can I SayUsers will be able to take advantage of formatting and editing options, such as the selection of words or sentences, navigate through fields, and adjust font styles using their voice. There will also be support for custom words along with importing and exporting to services such as Dropbox and Evernote.

Dragon Anywhere CommandsFrom Peter Mahoney, Dragon senior vice president and general manager:

By leveraging the cloud, Dragon Anywhere provides sophisticated dictation, editing, and formatting capabilities not offered by any other mobile voice dictation application, ensuring that professionals can stay productive wherever their work takes them.
