Overview:
As a woman, I find Apple’s customization options for the Apple Watch are limited. Some of Apple’s bands are doable for me, but I don’t find them very attractive or particularly suited to my tastes. So, I’m always looking for more pretty, feminine options.
Fashion Copilot takes third-party Apple Watch bands and places Swarovski Crystals on them to create a more dressy band for the Apple Watch. They start with a JETtech band that can be purchased on Amazon. Alone, the band is very ordinary, but the crystals kick it up a notch.
The adapters are a bit fiddly to attach to the watch, but once they’re in, the fit is correct, and they’re quite secure. The leather band is of medium thickness, very pliable, and the quality is excellent. The band is extremely comfortable to wear.
I like this look. The added sparkle makes this truly a woman’s watch. The way the crystals are attached seems to be very durable. I have been wearing the band on my watch for several days, not being particularly careful, and none of the crystals has loosened at all.
I have only one complaint about this band. In the Sheer Elegance Collection, about half of the holes are covered up by crystals. But I needed access to one of the covered holes to fasten the watch tightly enough for a proper fit for my 145mm wrists. So I had to re-punch that hole with a sharp implement and carefully remove a couple of crystals that were in the way. I hate to have to alter things like that, but now that it’s done, it works and looks beautiful. If you order from the Shimmer Collection, which only has crystals up near to the watch, you will not have this issue. If you have larger wrists, none of the collections should be a problem.
Bottom Line:
