Nothing brings together a well-oiled team machine like a whiteboard. When you need to delegate tasks, get projects completed, and mark off to-do items while collaborating with a team, gather together with the Whiteboard app and get to work.
Basic Whiteboard features
- Quickly create a shared workspace for your team
- Check off daily to-do items by viewing the Today tab
- Swipe tasks to mark complete or move to another date or time
- Delegate, add comments, or get updates on tasks
- Check the Activity feed for everything taking place in your shared workspace

Whiteboard received a nice update yesterday, Sept. 29, that includes some terrific new items. First, the app is now available on the iPad, so you and your team can always stay in sync and on task from any device. To-do details have been added so that you can see all of the activity on a specific task including when it was created or completed. The shared workspace feature has also been updated so that you can start collaborating even quicker without having to create a team first. There have also been some improvements made to make syncing faster and navigation simpler.
Whiteboard has a very clean interface so that you can concentrate more on the tasks at hand than a crowded or complicated workspace screen. The app is perfect for most any size team, promotes increased productivity with its features, and allows for effective collaboration and delegation.
Whiteboard is universal and available for $2.99 on the App Store.
