Live streaming doesn’t have to be boring and a new app called Zapstream makes it fun. Just record your stream and then write some nifty text, add a funny drawing, or give it a special effect. Why not fluff up those live streams before sharing to make them more entertaining?

ZapstreamZapstream features

The great effects that you can add to your live streams is one of the best features of Zapstream. So, as you are recording your live stream, you can make it even better with just a few taps. Write a cute quip while you are capturing your kids playing or draw some devilish horns on the friend you are recording. You can even add filters like sepia, cartoon, or rainbow.

ZapstreamSharing your stream

The nice thing about Zapstream is that you can decide if you want to share your stream or not. Before you start recording, you can set it to Public or Private and to show your Followers or Contacts. Then when you are finished recording, you can share to Facebook, Twitter, or post it to the app community. You can look at streams from other users too and then comment, like, or follow them.

ZapstreamMake some magic

Zapstream gives you the tools to really enhance your streams. The app is very easy to use and allows you to capture a snapshot while you are streaming too. Draw a few hearts around the couple getting married and then write in “I do.” Or, use the bulge effect to make your hamster look more like a guinea pig. Whatever you are streaming, there is sure to be something cute, romantic, or just plain funny you can add.

Zapstream is designed for iPhone and available for free on App Store without in-app purchases. So, give it a whirl.
