The Camera+ apps now support handy quick actions
On the heels of an update earlier this month announcing its free version, Tap Tap Tap has another great update for Camera+ to share. For both the free and paid versions of the app, iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus owners can enjoy new options that take advantage of the 3-D touch feature. For those without the new iPhone, there are updates for iOS 9 that you will like in the new version released today, Sept. 25.
What’s new with Camera+
Quick Actions are now available for taking photos, selfies, macros, and viewing Lightbox on the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus. If you have not yet upgraded to the newest iPhone, don’t worry because you get a new feature too. The Today Widget has been updated to include a button giving you quick access to Lightbox. The company also shared that with their app Filters for iPhone ($1.99), you can send filtered photos directly to the Camera+ app.
For those new to the app
If you have not tried Camera+, there are plenty of helpful features that will enhance your photos and make your picture-taking experience easy.
- Ability to set exposure and focus separately
- Different shooting mode such as Burst and Stabilizer
- Up to six times digital zoom
- Front flash
- Horizontal level
- Scene modes such as sunset, portrait, and beach
The app also offers special effects, Lightbox and iCloud sync, photo borders, and caption capability.
Keep the updates coming
Tap Tap Tap does a good job at keeping their Camera+ apps updated with new features, improvements, and enhancements. This is one of the reasons that Camera+ is terrific tool to have. It is very easy to use and makes adjusting your shooting modes and editing your photos simple.
Camera+ Free and the $2.99 Camera+ are both available with Apple Watch support on the App Store. Each has optional in-app purchases for additional filters.
