Divorce Dating gives you another chance at love
Getting yourself back into that dating pool after a divorce can be difficult. A new app called Divorce Dating seeks to help you in your search for love after a marital breakup. From the host of Bravo channel’s “Untying the Knot,” Vikki Ziegler, the app focuses on finding you that new companion.
Getting started
You will answer a few brief profile questions to get started, including serious ones regarding what your divorce taught you to fun ones like your favorite drink. You can also skip any questions that you prefer not to answer, although the questions are there to help find matches for you. You can then browse through other members, check out available photos, and read their short biographies.
App features
Divorce Dating also features Fabric Questions which you will answer using photos. You can either snap a photo with your camera or choose one from your library. These pictures will create a visual presentation of who you are. By using photos to answer questions like what your biggest accomplishment was this year or what your favorite food is, other members can get a better idea of what you like.
There is also a Wingman feature which allows you to choose three people to check out your matches for you. Those you set up in the Wingman section do not have to be actively seeking companionship, so they can simply disable the Discover setting within the app.
App based on experience
Ziegler brings her life experiences as a child of divorce, divorce attorney, and divorcee herself to the app with the questions posed in both the profile and Fabric Questions areas. The Wingman feature is also a great idea for those situations where your friends might see something in a potential match that you do not. The app is available at no charge, so give it a try because your perfect match just might be waiting.
