New grade book and posting options are now part of iTunes U
Whether you are a teacher or a student using iTunes U, you will be happy to know there has been a nice update bringing the app to version 3.1. Released yesterday, Oct. 22, the app has a few new features including the ability to include images in posts.
What’s new
Of course, there have been some stability and performance improvements for the app, but the new features are what you may have been waiting for. Grade books will now display a student’s average grade for a course along with minimum, maximum, and mean grades for assignments which are sure to be useful additions. And as mentioned, you can now include images in posts so you may start seeing screen shots and photos now. For those who will be using the iPad Pro, there has also been a bit of a redesign to take advantage of that bigger, beautiful screen.

Many people may not realize the amount of options available for learning something new with iTunes U.
