You probably have a preferred app that you use to get the weekly forecast, current conditions, or to obtain other weather details. But, what if all you want is notifications? WeatherIf does just that. It sends you notifications for specific weather conditions and provides a convenient Today widget.

WeatherIf settings

Just enable your location settings or enter your current spot manually. Then pick which weather conditions you want to be notified of from rainy, cloudy, windy, or snowy alerts. You can also be notified when it will be a clear day and see your forecast at 7 a.m. each day.

WeatherIfToday widget

Remember to enable the Today widget for a quick glance at the current conditions. The widget includes your current temperature, highs and lows, humidity, wind, precipitation, and pressure.

WeatherIfSimple notifier

WeatherIf is not a big, fancy weather app like The Weather Channel or Wunderground. It is a simple way to be notified when certain weather conditions are approaching, which is very handy for when that is all you really need.

WeatherIf is designed for iPhone and available for $1.99 on the App Store.
