Black Boxes, the shade-combining, match-3 puzzler is coming
The creators of Shades, the simple but challenging falling block game, are bringing us a new puzzle to enjoy on Dec. 2. Black Boxes will offer the same type of shade-combining concept as Shades, but with a match-three twist.
Here is a look at what creators UOVO have in store for us and just click here if you cannot view the video:
Looks promising
The preview of Black Boxes is intriguing and if it is as enjoyable as Shades, then puzzle fans are in for a treat. Match-three games are always a favorite of mine, as are most puzzles, and those that you can’t seem to put down are the best. With just the right amount of challenge, simple but attractive graphics, and cool sound effects, hopefully Black Boxes will be a great addition to the match-three genre.
Shades newbies
If you have not tried Shades, it provides a simple concept of color-combining to eliminate rows. With three difficulty gameplay options, simple controls, and a nice design, Shades is a terrific puzzler for your collection. Without further details on Black Boxes at this time such as price or compatibility, please check back with us for updates. If it follows the same pattern as Shades, it may have both free and paid versions and be compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch, but this remains to be seen.
