Puzzle games are definitely fun, but what about puzzle games that involve at least a touch of education? That sounds like a recipe for success to me. I’m apparently not alone in thinking that way, because it seems that’s what the developer behind Innovation Age of Crafting must have had in mind when it developed the simple, but challenging game.
Starting with the Stone Age
Innovation Age of Crafting is a fun way to learn how many inventions behind the great ages in history came to be. You move tiles on a grid, which is scattered with various obstacles. Merge the tiles together to discover new combinations, like bringing two cave people together to create a family. There are many more combinations you can make, and each leads to a different concept or invention.
A puzzle, a game, and a history lesson
In the full version of the game, there are five chapters with more than 120 levels altogether. You will journey through the Stone Age, Antiquity, the Middle Ages, the Renaissance era, and modern times within Innovation Age of Crafting. You’ll learn what forces and objects came together to make some of the world’s most amazing inventions, and you’ll have fun doing it.
Innovation Age of Crafting is a fun puzzle game, with plenty of play time behind it. The game is designed for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch, and is a free download on the App Store. There are advertisements, however, as well as in-app purchases to buy keys and unlock the full version of the game.
