Chimani national park apps now have points, badges and more
With perfect timing for the 100th birthday of the National Park Service in 2016, Chimani has updated all of their extensive park guides and introduced four brand new ones. You can now score points, earn badges, and see your push notification history all within a nicely revamped interface.
New features and guidesEach app has received a fresh look providing an easier user interface. In addition, push notification history was added, more details for sunrise and sunset locations including golden hours are available, and you can score points and earn badges when you check in. The map engine, bookmarking and sharing features, and synchronization have all be updated as well. The four new apps added include park guides for Arches, Canyonlands, Death Valley, and Denali. So, you can discover someplace new.

The Chimani national park guides offer so much helpful information from navigating your way through the park to points of interest to very detailed descriptions of what you will see. The photo galleries are full of beautiful pictures that can be saved and shared and there are downloadable maps for offline viewing.
There are 20 separate apps in the Chimani collection and each is available for free on the App Store. They are designed for iPhone and iPad and contain no in-app purchases.
