You bought the newest Apple TV and started searching for your favorite games. Unfortunately, many games you love are not available for Apple TV…yet. Which ones do you wish would pop up for your device in the new year? Here are just a few games that we are hoping to see for Apple TV in 2016.
For something new
I am Bread is definitely a challenging game, especially on smaller screens. So, seeing this one for Apple TV would be an awesome addition. In I am Bread, you must maneuver your piece of bread around the room, through the house, and even into the garden. Your goal is to become toast. Stay clean, watch out for obstacles, and make your way to the faraway toaster in this neat adventure. I am Bread is available for $0.99 with no in-app purchases.
Blown Away: Secret of the Wind is another new game that would be truly enjoyable on Apple TV. In this side-scrolling adventure, you must collect pieces of your home which was destroyed by the wind. You move by transporting yourself to get through walls and avoid obstacles. Enhance your abilities and hone your skills through the 120 challenging levels. Blown Away: Secret of the Wind is available for $2.99 with no in-app purchases.
Marvel Future Fight from Netmarble is also considered a somewhat newer game, but falls into the category of those adventures that would look spectacular on Apple TV. You will assemble your team of great Avengers like Iron Man, Hulk, and Captain America. Then, upgrade your powerful weapons and enjoy some explosive action if this one hits Apple TV. Marvel Future Fight is available for free with in-app purchases.
They may be older, but Candy Crush Saga and Candy Crush Soda Saga are still wildly popular matching games. Each has vibrant, colorful graphics and fun, challenging gameplay, both of which would bring a terrific experience to Apple TV. With hundreds of levels, special candies and treats, and little surprises, let’s hope we see these two games in 2016. Candy Crush Saga and Candy Crush Soda Saga are both available on the App Store for free with in-app purchases.
While many players may be over their Angry Birds phase, plenty of others are still playing each day. So, to see Angry Birds 2 or even Angry Birds Friends on Apple TV would make many bird-flingers very happy. Fly through the structures, blow up the objects, and most of all, take out those nasty pigs.
Angry Birds 2 brings nifty magic spells, intense boss battles, and tons of exciting levels. Angry Birds Friends lets you join weekly tournaments with your Facebook pals and use cool power-ups and special slingshots. Both games are available for free with in-app purchases.
There are too many games to name that would be wonderful to play on Apple TV. Hidden objects challenges like the Dark Parables bundle from Big Fish, visually stimulating games like Monument Valley, casual snowboarding adventures like Shred It!, and even relaxing experiences like Breath of Light from Many Monkeys would all make perfect additions to your Apple TV game list. Which ones are you hoping to see in 2016?
