Back in September, we caught wind that Jetpack Fighter had been released in Canada and would be hitting the U.S. App Store sometime in 2015. Well, it may be a little late, but the game is finally here bringing fast-paced action, epic battles, and powerful weapons in a platformer where girls rule.
Take off through Mega City dashing and smashing by swiping. Defeat evil enemy robots along the way, collect valuable coins, and then take on the big bosses. Some enemies take more than one hit, so watch your health and fight your way to mission completion. Here is a preview of Jetpack Fighter and just click here if you cannot see it:
Complete your missions to level up and obtain equipment like cool weapons and protective armor. With coins and gems you collect you can open chests that contain special items. You will also unlock additional characters, each sassy gal with a unique skill. Play through challenging daily quests, shoot for the achievements to obtain rewards, and participate in events for bonuses.
I have been looking forward to checking out Jetpack Fighter for months and am definitely not disappointed. I sometimes feel games like these are overly complicated or too involved when it comes to winning battles, leveling up, and trying to unlock equipment and characters. But, this one hooked me in the first few minutes with the easy controls, awesome graphics, and intuitive gameplay.
Jetpack Fighter is designed for iPhone and iPad. It is available for free on the App Store with in-app purchases for gem and fighter packs. For more new games, take a look at Plunder and pillage as a Greek deity in Gods of Olympus or Catch a wave or even a snowy hill in Surfingers.
