Getting Stuff Done

Busy people are often looking for ways to make productivity easier. Dictating notes is a pretty common task, but what if you could dictate something and have it automatically converted into a Calendar event or contact? With Pendo – Write Notes, List To-Dos, Plan Calendar & Share Ideas, you can do exactly that and more.

What can Pendo do?

Whether you want to create a note, journal, to-do list, long tweet, or Facebook post, Pendo has you covered. It also automatically creates events for you on your calendar, either using the C command or by recognizing the format. If you dictate or type a name with a phone number or email address, Pendo can automatically recognize that it’s a contact and add it to your address book.

Quick commands

Pendo also includes quick commands that you can use to automatically create certain types of entries. For example, typing T and then pressing enter automatically creates a to-do list. Similarly, CO tells Pendo to add the details to your address book. If you type the command E, it will generate an email of your note or to-do list that you can share with someone else. As for the display, as you create calendar entries, to-do lists, and notes, they all show up in a gorgeous but simple vertical timeline for your day.
