You can then check out a picture showing how many hours you slept, the start and end times, and your percent and total time of restlessness. Sleep++ will also show you the start and end time for your best sleep.
There is a handy Watch complication and connection to HealthKit. Version 2.0 of the app released today, Feb. 11, includes the convenient ability to trim your previous night if you forget to tap the app when you wake up. Today’s update also includes enhancements to the sleep analysis engine providing overall improvements to the app.
