Inspired by the horror fiction stories of H.P. Lovecraft comes a puzzle game that takes you on a fantastic yet dark journey. Deep Terror guides you through eight scary chapters with unique landscapes and perplexing puzzles into an eerie world of madness.
Your journey
As you solve the puzzles in each level of the eight chapters, you can hear the darkness surrounding you. With wicked sound effects of evil whispers and fiendish growling, wearing your headphones is definitely recommended.
Your mission
Deep Terror has you joining puzzle pieces based off of the amount of connections that must be made. Each has an indicator showing how many connections there need to be. To complete the puzzle, each shape will light up if you are successful with the combinations you make and you can then move onto the next level. You can also undo moves as needed.
An immersive experience
For puzzle fans who enjoy a horror twist, Deep Terror is a must-have game. As with most puzzlers like this, it gets more challenging as you progress through the levels and chapters. The intense, creepy sound effects are definitely what makes this game stand out. The visuals are done very well and are simple yet perfect for providing that feeling of darkness and spookiness in a sinister atmosphere.
