Set it and forget it with Delayd for messages and posts
There are apps for scheduling social media posts like HootSuite and Buffer. But, what if you want an app that lets you schedule emails and text messages too? This is Delayd, an app that gives you the ability to schedule your social media posts, SMS messages, and emails plus an option to have them repeat.
Getting startedThere is no signup process with Delayd. You just enter your phone number and then the verification code sent to you via text message. You can connect your Facebook and Twitter accounts or just start scheduling emails and texts.
Scheduling optionsWhen you create your post or message with Delayd, you will then choose the date and time it should be sent. You can choose to have it recur daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly, which is a handy feature for reminders. The app also lets you post or send messages immediately and you can even send group messages. You will receive a notification from Delayd when your item has been sent or posted.
SMS detailsTo send text messages with Delayd, you will use credits. You start off with 50 and it will cost one credit for each text. You can purchase additional SMS credits from within the app. The message you send will go through Delayd, so your recipient cannot reply to the message. They will need to reply to you directly.
Delayd is compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. It is available for free on the App Store with SMS credits as in-app purchases starting at $0.99 for 50 going up to $3.99 for 500.
