iPhone:

Tower of Fortune ($0.99 → Free, 8.7 MB): A retro-style RPG with a nifty slot machine mechanic. It’s for fans of the RPG genre who also enjoy one-button gameplay.

Play as a retired hero who is forced to draw his sword once again when his daughter is taken by an unknown power. Spin the wheel to battle opponents, earn gold, and obtain special items. The game includes 39 different enemies, 37 types of equipment, 39 combat quests, 12 tavern quests, and three different endings.

Kids Card Matching Educational Shapes and Color Learning Game for Toddlers ($2.99 → Free, 24.7 MB): Your little one can learn to identify shapes and colors with this memory matching game. It’s ideal for parents with toddlers.

Various amounts of cards will appear on the screen face down. Your child can tap on them to reveal what’s on the flip side. They must then find all of the matching pairs of shapes and colors to complete each game. When tapped on, your child is able to hear the object or color pronounced. The app also includes a Show Me mode where the cards are all face up, making it easier to play.

Diana Photo ($1.99 → Free, 43.6 MB): A photography app that allows you to create fantastic compositions with nothing but a shake. It’s a great addition to any iPhoneographer’s collection.

The best part about Diana Photo is that it’s relatively hands-off. All you have to do is take a bunch of great photos to populate your camera roll. Then shake your iDevice and see what Diana Photo is able to come up with. The app will layer two randomly chosen photos to create a composition and apply a random filter. You can also manually select your photos and a filter if you have something in mind. Text can be placed over the top of your final creation before sharing it via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Messages, or email.

Diana Photo is available for free today only (05/01). It has a 4.5-star rating with a total of 323 ratings.

Raildale – Railroad & Railway Building Game ($2.99 → Free, 13.5 MB): Send trains to the city that matches their color in Raildale. It’s ideal for fans of both puzzle and strategy games.

Raildale requires you to design intricate rail systems in order to connect cities. Simply drag your finger across the terrain to map out your rail system. Trains will depart from one city and head to another at random, and you have to make sure they’re going to their correct destinations by controlling switches and lights. Trains will break down and new cities will appear, so you’ll have to stay on your toes. Keep in mind that you have a limited amount of cash to build your rails with. The game includes iCloud synchronization, so you can play on multiple iDevices without losing your progress.
