Coloring Animal Zoo Touch To Color Activity Coloring Book For Kids and Family Preschool Ultimate Edition ($2.99 → Free, 32.4 MB): Bring color back into the lives of the zoo animals in this interactive children’s coloring book. Parents and teachers who want to develop motor skills.

Your child can fill in 10 different scenes just by tapping on the colorless canvases. As your child works their way through each scene, new interactive creatures and items will appear. The app also includes helpful hints, so even young children can join in on the fun.

Push-Bot ($0.99 → Free, 32.1 MB): Use momentum to get a little robot through each exit in Push-Bot. Anyone who finds testing their patience entertaining.

Push-Bot is a pretty basic robot. His only means of movement are his two spring loaded appendages. The idea is to tap either side of the screen to extend the appendages and push him through the air towards the exit. It’s a lot easier said than done since you’ll have explosives, chasms, moving objects, and a wide variety of other obstacles standing in your way as you flop around. The game includes two modes, 39 maps, and shareable replays.

Push-Bot is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4.5-star rating with a total of 8 ratings.

Chain Breaker ($0.99 → Free, 16.4 MB): Break chains and other objects to help a proud knight rescue the magic cow in this endless runner. Both fans of high score and physics puzzle games.

The knight will go speeding along on his own, so it’s up to you to ensure the path ahead is safe. Platforms and other objects that the knight can safely make it across are suspended by chains and other objects. You’re able to manipulate them with swipes and taps to create new paths. Your enemies can also be dispatched or avoided using the same methods. The game includes a variety of power-ups to earn and hidden treasures to discover.

Chain Breaker is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4.5-star rating with a total of 76 ratings.

iPad:

Audio Notebook: All-Day Sound Recorder, Widescreen Notepad, and Color Coded Note Organizer ($4.99 → Free, 5.3 MB): This note taking app will help you stay on top of all of your classes and meetings with only your iPad. Students and business professionals who have trouble keeping up with discussions while taking notes.

Audio Notebook is able to capture a whole day’s worth of audio while you take thorough notes. When creating a new note, you’re able to title and color code it. Then tap record and start typing. The app features a large, legible font and automatic spellcheck, making it supremely easy to blast out notes. You’re also able to take notes in portrait or landscape orientation. When playing back audio, you’re able to seek and choose various speeds. The app includes unlimited audio recording, customizable categories, the ability to filter notes, and the ability to share notes and recordings via email.

Samurai Duel ($2.99 → Free, 19.3 MB): Fight with your friends for honor in this intense multiplayer game. Anyone who has a friend to duel with locally.

Pick a side of the screen and prepare for a duel to the death. A square box below your samurai will fill up with a symbol. The first player to correctly trace the symbol will land a blow to their opponent. You must land three blows to claim victory. The game includes a total of five symbols, or weapons, to master.

Samurai Duel is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4.5-star rating with a total of 27 ratings.
