Universal:

Owen’s Odyssey ($0.99 → Free, 38.1 MB): Help Owen fly around all kinds of dangerous obstacles in this genre-mashing arcade game. Anyone who enjoys Flappy Bird and classic platforming goodness.

Owen’s Odyssey has a little bit of everything. Owen is armed with only a propellor hat, and he needs your help making it through a castle full of spikes, saws, fires, falling rocks, lava, and creatures of all shapes and sizes. To do so, simply tap the right side of the screen to fly ahead. Tap the left side to stop Owen in his tracks. Try to beat the target time in each level to earn an extra life, because otherwise you will not make it through all 40.

Division Flashcard Match Games for Kids in 2nd, 3rd and 4th Grade ($2.99 → Free, 43.9 MB): An educational game that actually makes building math skills and learning to divide fun. Children in grades second through fourth.

Division Flashcard Match Games is loaded with positive reinforcement. It will help your child learn to divide by having them play a variety of memory matching games. You’re able to choose the best number range for your child’s skill level, but no matter which you choose your child will be able to hear the numbers and equations as they are touched. After each round, they’ll receive positive feedback and balloon popping rewards. Hints are available along the way, and “Show Me” and “Peek” features make it even easier for young learners to enjoy.

Division Flashcard Match Games for Kids in 2nd, 3rd and 4th Grade is available for free for a limited time. It has a 5-star rating with a total of 8 ratings.

Hatchi – A retro virtual pet ($0.99 → Free, 81.7 MB): Raise your very own Hatchi monster in this retro-inspired game. Anyone who enjoyed the virtual pets that were made popular in the late ‘90s.

You don’t have to be a ‘90s kid to enjoy Hatchi. Your Hatchi monster will need to be hatched, fed, played with, bathed, and generally looked after to ensure it grows up happy and healthy. Hatchi monsters can also be pitted against each other in multiplayer battles. While you’re not tending to your Hatchi, you’re able to play some mini games including Whack a Hatchi and Hatchi Matchi.

Hatchi – A retro virtual pet is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4.5-star rating with a total of 14368 ratings.

Metropolitan HD ($1.99 → Free, 104.7 MB): A collection of 1,500 of the best works of art stored at the Metropolitan Museum. Anyone who can appreciate iconic works of art.

The collection can be browsed through and broken down by genre or artist, or you can search for specific paintings. Metropolitan HD allows you to record paintings as favorites, view them in a slideshow, and save high quality versions to your photo library.

Metropolitan HD is available for free for a limited time. It has a 5-star rating with a total of 119 ratings.

iPad:

Even Monsters Get Sick ($0.99 → Free, 154.6 MB): Enjoy the tale of a boy and his new pet monster in Even Monsters Get Sick. Parents and teachers.

It features six different mini-games that are intertwined with and progress the story. The app also includes two reading modes, professional narration, full-color illustrations and interactive animations, and a custom soundtrack. There also aren’t any ads, in-app purchases, or external links to worry about, so your child can enjoy the story all on their own.

Even Monsters Get Sick is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4.5-star rating with a total of 111 ratings.
