Frugi is all about speed. Every transaction can be entered in less than three seconds. Simply swipe down to add to or subtract from your total balance. Tap to edit any transaction and double-tap to copy. Transaction history is kept as a running list, and you can review summaries and compare months with just a tap. The app also includes support for tags, search, iCloud backup, and a widget.

PhotoTangler – Best Collage Maker to Blend Photos ($2.99 → Free, 1.4 MB): Blend photos together to create collages with PhotoTangler. Those in need of bringing similar photos together.
PhotoTangler doesn’t require any professional photo editing experience to achieve great results. Simply import related photos or take new ones from within the app. You’re able to crop photos down if necessary. PhotoTangler will automatically apply a fade, which can be adjusted in a variety of ways. Layer as many photos as you like before finishing off your work of art with a background color and text.

Phrase Shift ($1.99 → Free, 50.4 MB): Solve word puzzles in Phrase Shift. Fans of crossword puzzles.
Phrase Shift provides word masters with a totally unique challenge. Each puzzle consists of a phrase that’s read from top to bottom. It’s up to you to shift the words left and right until the correct answer reads vertically. The game includes three difficulty levels, 16 categories, and 600 puzzles.
Phrase Shift is available for free for a limited time. It has a 3-star rating with a total of 5 ratings.
iPad:ABC Star – Letter Tracing ($1.99 → Free, 52.9 MB): Learn to write letters and numbers with ABC Star. Children ages one through six.
ABC Star will put your child on the right path. You’re able to select from three lessons: Uppercase, Lowercase, and Numbers. Then hand your iPad off and allow your child to trace what’s in front of them using visual and audio cues. As they progress, a little egg in the corner of the screen will slowly grow and eventually hatch at the end. The app also allows you to skip ahead to any letter or number you like, and includes multiple colors to choose from.
ABC Star – Letter Tracing is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4-star rating with a total of 13 ratings.
