Daily Habits will help you take the first step towards improving your life. The app features a variety of pre-designed positive habits to choose from, or you can create your own from scratch. After creating a habit, you’re able to track your progress from the app itself, an Apple Watch, or a widget. Handy reminders help you stay on track, and advanced statistics help you see just how well you’re doing.
