Today’s Apps Gone Free: Earplug, Tricky 6 and Synonym Match
iPhone:
Tricky 6 will test your wits. The object of the game is to create lines on the board consisting of either the same color or the same number horizontally or vertically. Keep in mind that each color in a number line and each number in a color line must be different. If that sounds confusing, don’t worry, there’s a short in-game tutorial available. The game includes local and online multiplayer, and six additional tile variants.
Tricky 6 is available for free for a limited time. It has a 3.5-star rating with a total of 35 ratings.
Universal:
Synonym Match is like every other memory matching game you’ve played before, but with a little twist. Instead of matching images, you’re required to match pairs of synonyms. Games can be played with up to four separate players locally. You’re also able to choose from four different board sizes and three difficulty levels.
Synonym Match is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4.5-star rating with a total of 30 ratings.
Earplug is distraction-free in every way possible. Its interface is dead simple. All you need to do is unlock your device and launch the app. Earplug doesn’t have any unnecessary settings or buttons. It just plays its custom pink and white noise blend until you fall asleep.
Earplug is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4-star rating with a total of 5 ratings.
