iPhone:

Flink – Calendar Note ($0.99 → Free, 38.3 MB): Keep track of important items and events with Flink. Those looking for a minimalist calendar.

Flink’s design is all about efficiency. It has an electronic ink look to it, making it easy to identify your items and events. The calendar on the bottom portion of the screen can be collapsed in order to view your entire day in full screen. Tap the clock to view the time in a different city. You’re able to customize the bullet points and font size to suit your needs. The app also includes a widget, 24-hour time, and the ability to backup and restore data.

Flink – Calendar Note is available for free for a limited time. It has a 3-star rating with a total of 5 ratings.

Universal:

Table Tennis Touch ($0.99 → Free, 302.0 MB): Show no mercy in Table Tennis Touch. Those who enjoy sports games.

Table Tennis Touch is at the top of the class. Its realistic graphics and physics make it feel as if you’re playing in your own garage at home. You’re able to serve, smash, and spin the ball with basic gestures. Just make sure to go through the tutorial before taking on a live or AI opponent. There are nuances to learn in the controls that will help you become a table tennis champion. The game includes a career mode, mini-games, online multiplayer, and loads of customization options.

Table Tennis Touch is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4.5-star rating with a total of 1872 ratings.

Abzorb ($0.99 → Free, 99.4 MB): Collect orbs as quickly as possible in Abzorb. Fans of action games.

Abzorb is as much about avoiding things as it is about collecting them. You’re put in control of an arrow with two separate perimeters. The innermost perimeter is your defense. Don’t allow any object to touch it. The outer perimeter acts as your absorbing mechanism. Anything within its confines will be absorbed. Get close to the blue orbs to collect them. Keep away from the red orbs to avoid losing points. Move quickly because your score is based on the time it takes to consume all of the blue orbs. The game includes 80 levels, customizable controls, and online leaderboards.

Abzorb is available for free for a limited time. It has a 3.5-star rating with a total of 78 ratings.

Starborn Anarkist ($2.99 → Free, 88.9 MB): Take on endless waves of enemies and build your own spaceship in Starborn Anarkist. Fans of dual-stick shooters.

Play as a disgruntled waste collector, and transform your humble space garbage truck into a powerful spaceship by salvaging debris from your fallen enemies. You’re able to control your ship’s movements via the left joystick and fire its weapons in any direction with the right. Your ship won’t be easy to control at first or have that much firepower, but you can upgrade it after every round using collected debris. Upgrades can be applied by dragging and dropping new pieces into place, allowing you to completely reshape your ship.

Starborn Anarkist is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4.5-star rating with a total of 611 ratings.
