The app takes you step-by-step through the same workout routine that helped Peterson reach MVP-level performance after his gruesome injury. The four week program features 12 different workouts, with each day focusing on both strength and speed. Each workout includes a streaming video of Peterson himself to help you perform it correctly. You’re also able to clearly see the number of reps required, attach notes, play music, and even set a timer. Once you’ve completed the entire four week program, go back to your favorites and see if you can improve upon them. The app also includes visual graphs to help track your progress, the ability to compete against others online, and the ability to add even more programs through in-app purchase.
