Radiant Rush

Radiant Rush

Daniel Redington

Create a path through the darkness and avoid falling off the edges in this board game.

Radiant Rush is for anyone who likes to compete with their friends in strategic board games.

FREE ($0.99) For a limited time FREE ($0.99) For a limited time
Why we picked this?

Seemingly inspired by Tron and Etch A Sketch, Radiant Rush will have you immersed in a mesmerizing mess of moves. On each side of the honeycomb-filled hexagon board are colored panels used as spawn points. Your line will sprout from one and follow the paths within the tiles. It’s up to you to twist the tiles to direct your line and avoid colliding with walls, empty spaces, and the edges of the board. Survive longer than your opponents to come out victorious. The game includes five board configurations and three different modes, allowing for a variety of ways to play. You’re also able to play a game locally or host one online.

If you’re fond of board games, you have to check out Radiant Rush. It feels familiar, yet will leave your brain spinning once you get the lines flowing.

If you don’t have someone to play with, Radiant Rush just isn’t nearly as much fun. You are able to compete against computer controlled players, but it lacks the intensity of playing against friends online.

Water Tracker - iHydrate

Cloforce LLC

Stay happy and healthy by monitoring your water intake with iHydrate.

It’s for anyone who wants to lose weight and stay energized throughout the day.

FREE ($1.99) For a limited time FREE ($1.99) For a limited time
Why we picked this?

The human body is made up of anywhere from 55 to 60 percent of water, so there’s no denying it’s absolutely vital to you health. If you’re looking to stay healthy, look no further than iHydrate. Unlike other apps in the same category, iHydrate not only allows you to track your water intake but also all other beverages you consume throughout the day. This way you can accurately track your intake while also knowing how much of it was from non-water beverages. You’re able to set reminders to ensure you stay hydrated, and you can get visual breakdowns of how well you’ve been doing with a variety of graphs.

If you’ve always wondered how much or how little water you actually drink throughout the day, check out iHydrate. Its simple setup process allows you to avoid unnecessary hassles and get right to tracking.

If you’re certain that you drink enough water throughout the day, then skip iHydrate. Tracking your intake would be completely pointless and a waste of time.

Sound Catcher - music player

Pensberg System LP

Identify the music playing around you in a snap with SoundCatcher.

It’s for those who get frustrated when listening to the radio and don’t know the name of the song or the artist they’re hearing.

$2.99 $2.99
Why we picked this?

Have you always wanted Shazam or SoundHound but didn’t want to spend $6.99 on a single app? If so, SoundCatcher is a great alternative. It’s just as quick and accurate at recognizing the name of the song and the artist that is playing without the expense. SoundCatcher is also able to provide you with lyrics to the identified song so you can sing along. You’re also able to see the most popular songs that have been playing around you along with the ability to share what you’ve tagged via Facebook.

If you frequently listen to the radio to discover new music, you need to download SoundCatcher. The app keeps an archive of all of your tagged songs, allowing you to go back and catch up with what you’ve missed whenever you like.

If your taste in music is limited to extremely indie sources, then SoundCatcher may not be ideal for you. It’s great at recognizing relatively popular music, but not so great when it comes to extremely indie tunes.

$3.99 $3.99
Why we picked this?

Sago Mini Ocean Swimmer allows your child to explore freely without any rules or restrictions. They can simply slide their finger around the screen and have Fins follow along. The eye-popping environments are loaded with silly creatures and animations to stumble across, so just hand off that iDevice and let them enjoy the fun. The app includes more than 30 animations, which are highlighted by yellow markers so your child doesn’t miss a thing.

If you have a toddler that loves to play with your iDevice, they’re going to have a lot of fun in Sago Mini Ocean Swimmer’s interactive environment.

If you have a child over the age of six, they most likely won’t get much out of the experience since it lacks any structure or goals.

Gro Memo

Gro Memo

Gro Play

An eco-educational game that teaches your child about the environment.

This charming app is ideal for parents and teachers that want their children to know about important sustainability issues.

Gro Memo instead teaches children about the environment through matching mini-games and puzzles that can be picked up and played without a single written instruction. If you want your child to know about animals and their environments, download Gro Memo today. It’s a powerful app wrapped in a cute package that any child will enjoy.

Gro Memo can be enjoyed by almost any child, but the concepts will be lost on very young children and toddlers.
