Apple’s latest iOS update brought widgets to the home screen. CuteWeather provides a chance to put the new feature to good use with its endearing widgets. The app includes three widget sizes to choose from. Each widget can feature its own custom location and color. The app itself features an hourly forecast for the next 24 hours, a daily forecast for the next seven days, and the ability to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit.

Just like Voice Countdown Timer from the same developer, Flashlight Timer is one of those apps you never knew you needed. It allows you to visualize time by enabling the iPhone’s flash while the timer is counting down. Simply tap one of the timer presets to begin the countdown. You’re able to add additional time to the countdown with a tap, and even adjust the flashlight’s brightness while it’s running. You’ll know time is up when everything goes dark.

Cubes is good clean fun. The idea is to move cubes around the screen with a swipe in order to recreate the patterns. The catch is that all of the cubes move in unison, so the only way to rearrange them is to push them up against the various barriers. The game includes 127 levels in all.

Minibudget is all about speed and efficiency, helping tackle your finances without getting in the way. Simply set a budget and start recording your transactions. Transactions can be added with a swipe down on the tape, and you’re able to categorize them with icons. The app keeps a running list of all of your transactions, and you can view them in chart form. The app also includes password protection and Touch ID support.
