The Workoutaholic fitness tracking app ORGANIZES your workouts in one place and provides you with INSIGHTS into your progress with customizable reporting. It is also a huge fitness resource with detailed PROGRAMS, WORKOUTS, and EXERCISES to help keep your routine fresh and easy to modify based on ability.

All the resources and content were created by myself, Geoff Glaeser, an NASM trainer with over 8 years of experience working with clients of all different abilities. The workout programs (part of upgraded content - a one time purchase) are designed to safely progress through all aspects of fitness in a progressive and cyclical manner.

GET ORGANIZED - GAIN INSIGHTS

Keep all your workouts in one place and make them searchable by name, location, and any keywords you choose to categorize them.

Stay healthier and more fit by tracking changes in frequency, total time spent working out, and average time spent per workout. Monitoring what workouts you are doing and how often, along with how you feel, is going help prevent fitness plateaus as well as overtraining.

EXERCISES

Over 250 exercise videos with detailed explanations shot from multiple camera angles. Exercises can be searched and filtered based on name, equipment used, and muscles worked.

Learn how to properly perform exercises with all different types of equipment including TRX, BOSU, Dumbbells & Barbells, Ladder Drills, and more as well as tons of body weight exercises.

WORKOUTS

Over 50 workouts you can filter based on how long you want to workout, level of impact, and workout type.

There are plenty of body weight workouts not requiring any equipment as well as strength workouts you can perform at the gym. Many workouts that use equipment offer exercise or resistance alternatives if no equipment is available as well.

With the free version of the app you will be able to access up to two workouts each day, if you decide to upgrade to the paid version you will have unlimited access to workouts as well as both workout programs.

PROGRAMS

The paid version of the app (one time purchase) offers two full length workout programs which combine for 18 weeks of planned workouts along with rest days.

The programs are designed to safely and systematically progress through all areas of exercise including flexibility, cardio respiratory, core, balance, speed, agility, and resistance.
