对于热力公司客户日常客服派单工作,我司开发的客服语音系统提供了一套行之有效的客服派单处理解决方案。客服语音系统App可以做到实时与Web端同步响应,实现派工单查询,调度, 处理, 监管客服在线状态等功能。
通过手机端可及时有效的与维修人员进行沟通、派发工单,以及维修工作的进度反馈。鉴于我公司多年水电气热行业客户的服务经验,梳理出的简单有效的工单处理流程:来电响应——客服定位住户信息——派单到调度部门——指派维修员——工单处理反馈——工单回访处结。通过短信、app内推送等方式及时通知调度及维修员工单信息,拍照、住户手写签字确认等方式保留工单处理记录。对时间段、区域、处理部门、客服人员等多途径多角度的统计对供热公司日常客服保修的工作进行分析。
