Aapni Salary is a simple and free Indian Employees Salary Calculator app with the following major functionalities:

1. Net Salary Calculation from gross earning, transport allowance, other allowance and incentives and overtime
2. Gross Salary Calculation from expected net earning
3. Over Time Calculation, based on day, night, rest days and public holiday over time hours.

Calculations :

Calculate Income Tax: Calculate Income Tax based on income Tax Slabs and rates.

Rs 0 - Rs 2,50,000 0%
Rs 2,50,000 - Rs 5,00,000 5%
Rs 5,00,000 - Rs 10,00,000 20%
Rs 5,00,000 ABOVE 30%

Calculate Overtime:
6am - 10pm : 30inr / hour
10pm - 6am : 60inr / hour
Rest days : 90inr / hour
Public holiday : 120inr / hour
