Bestimony

Bestimony is a social networking platform where users get to send and receive bestimonials to each other. Bestimonials in our world can be best described as any message you send to someone else with your intention on increasing their sense of value within themselves, and by extension, with other people. It has the look and feel of a social networking platform, but under the hood are some features that make it a lot more personal and trustworthy. For instance, on Bestimony, there are no friend requests. You see, in real life, how do you create a connection with someone else? Well, most you communicate with someone via some medium, and if they respond positively, then you've created a connection that you feel comfortable with. On Bestimony, your primary social circle gets built when someone accepts a bestimonial that was sent. This way, you end up with a friend list that better reflects your friend list in reality. Other ways we've made Bestimony safe to use is by virtue of you as a user, having the power to control who sees and comments on any bestimonial you send or receive.

We have leveraged the virtues of Artificial Intelligence to enhance the overall user experience. As we intend for Bestimony to be a positive platform, we have at the very least, ensured that any toxic bestimonials are easy to spot in your notifications window, as they have a red background with a sad face!! On the flip side, once they are deemed to be positive, then the notifications background will be green. One more way we are using Artificial Intelligence is with the word cloud, which comprises of at most 24 of the top occurring positive attributes used in all the bestimonials you have received. These words represent the words that are most often used when people are communicating with you on Bestimony. In a way, it answers the question "how do other people view me, in a positive way?".

Bestimony has now become that platform that truly adopts the notion of giving flowers to the living. So embrace it, use it, and contribute to the new normal where people do more than what is expected of them because they feel that much more appreciated.
