What is it about?
Joonam is a friendly space where people express their appreciation for each other. By sharing which virtues - a.k.a. positive qualities - we appreciate, we empower each other. Examples of such virtues are respectful, thankful, optimistic, etc. Especially when people collaborate, a team can be empowered by identifying and mentioning those virtues that make the collaboration successful and pleasant. It is a positive basis for reflection. Joonam enables people to do this.
