We’ve teamed up with our partners, Healthera, to improve how you order your repeat prescriptions online from Chelsea Pharmacy. Install the app on your phone and follow the simple set up steps. Once you get the hang of it you’ll wonder why it was ever done the old way.

The Chelsea Pharmacy App links with your local pharmacy and NHS GP surgery helping you to manage your medicines and order repeat prescriptions for your whole family. You’ll get a reminder of when to re-order your medicines from the App and you are able to track where your repeat prescriptions are at any time.

FAQ

Q: Can I order prescriptions on behalf of my children or elderly parents?

A: Yes, this feature is now available! Go to the ‘Me’ tab and follow the instructions to add a dependent.

Q: Will you work with my GP?

A: Yes - The Chelsea Pharmacy App works with the majority of NHS GPs. All your prescription requests will be sent for approval to your own GP to issue – we’ll manage the whole process.

Q: If I already order my prescriptions directly with my GP, do I still need your app?

A: It is helpful to use our new app. You can still order from your GP; the improvement is now that your pharmacy, via our app, will tell you when your medication is ready to collect or be delivered, and resolve any issues on your behalf with your GP. You can also get free medication advice from your pharmacy with in-app messaging.

Q: Is my personal information safe?

A: Yes. Our app partner, Healthera, have gone through a rigorous assurance process with the NHS and is GDPR compliant.
